Managing Thousands of Video Callers for

CSRs, Eduction, Military, NGOs and Personal Health with VRG Technologies

Video River Group LLC (VRG) provides the patented technology to manage the connections of thousands of IP video callers for industrial and mass media operations,  As The Video Call Center and parent company Wolzien LLC developed technologies over the past decade to manage tens of thousands of smartphone remotes for the largest news, sports, and entertainment networks, they were quietly working to apply the same techniques and technologies for customer relations, education, military, NGO, and personal health use.  That technology is now part of Video River Group (VRG).

Key to VRG technologies is the ability to manage, filter, route and then reroute large numbers of inbound video callers to experts or others for any purpose (including remotes for network television).  The actual video connectivity uses common video applications native to the caller’s device, without downloads or passwords.

Importantly, the patented approach routes the caller (not the call) through the cloud, usually based on caller provided data, and then completes the video call itself.  The caller's connection can be stopped and restarted with different people (transferred) at different locations in seconds, all based on the same caller data, which can be destroyed after the connection, if required.

Here is the basic approach as the video connections of video callers are managed through a human concierge, or automatically filtered to reach the right expert...or transferred to another expert who can provide better service.

For a rough practical example (below), lets invent a hypothetical national tele-veterinary practice.  Three individual callers have medical problems with a dog, a cat, and a reptile—a snake.  From the web site or other link on their video smartphone the callers select the appropriate animal from a drop down, connect and may be automatically filtered to the dog, cat, or reptile expert.  However, if a more human approach is important then the first connection can be a two way video with a human concierge who then transfers the video caller to the correct expert in seconds.  If the expert needs to send the caller to a better expert –reptile person to a python specialist as an example-- then that transfer can also occur in seconds without any "redialing" on the part of the caller.
